Sharon, our Property Manager, has been managing properties across London for the last 25 years. She has extensive experience across Buildings and Project Management, Inventory, Property Coordination and Administration. 

Transparency

No 'under the table' deals with contractors, no 'hidden fees' buried into maintenance jobs. We are upfront and transparent about our Management Fees and we actively tender works that need doing to a property, to ensure our Landlords are getting best value for money. In fact, we even check costs of parts in-house. This means the costs past onto our clients are the best we could find.

Dedicated Communication Channels

Alongside being able to access us through Email, Phone and In-Office, every tenant receives a dedicated WhatsApp number for faster reporting of issues. We also have a direct relationship with the British Gas Homecare team to offer best rates for our Landlords for 24/7 Appliance, Heating and Electrical cover, should this be required.

Property Inspections

Before taking any property on under management, we will conduct an in-person property condition report where either the Landlord or Tenant will have the chance to meet us in-person (should they wish!) and we can provide any findings directly to our clients. During the tenancy, we will also conduct bi-annual inspections to ensure that any problems resolved proactively.
